Description

IGF-1 LR3 (Long R3 Insulin-like Growth Factor-1) is a synthetic analog of human IGF-1, modified to include an arginine substitution at position 3 and a 13-amino acid extension at the N-terminus. These structural changes significantly lower its affinity for IGF-binding proteins (IGFBPs), thereby increasing its metabolic stability and biological potency compared to native IGF-1.
