International Orders
We regularly dispatch to companies and individuals in a number of countries. If your country is not available at checkout please contact us to discuss options as we usually have a way to help.
Due to the complex and frequently changing nature of peptide regulation it is up to the buyer to be aware of, and comply with, their local legal requirements regarding the importing of peptides.
Important: Please be available to work with your local Import Customs as many countries require additional information from the receiver. This will be requested by them directly using the contact information provided to us.
We cannot be held responsible for any shipments seized or delayed by Import Customs and will endeavour to avoid shipping to countries where we expect this to be an issue.
Tariffs: The buyer is responsible for all import duties and tariffs.
Payment Methods: Some countries are restricted for Credit or Debit Card payments but please contact us for Bank Transfer details.
International Order Refund Policy
If an International order does not arrive we will refund 50% of the order value. Or if requested we will send a second time but in this case we do not try again and we do not refund.
International orders are dispatched with tracking using Royal Mail. If temperatures in transit will exceed 30°C we can ship orders with a freeze pack at additional cost if requested.
Please contact us if any further information is required.
Oxford Peptide Labs recognizes the unique requirements of scientific partners in the region. To ensure integrity and speed, we have established two distinct logistics corridors optimized for rapid clearance and temperature stability:

Gulf Express
The Gulf Region (GCC) “For our clients in the UAE, Oman, and Qatar, we utilize a dedicated southern air-freight corridor. This route is specifically managed to handle the warm climate conditions of the region, ensuring cold-chain integrity from arrival to delivery.

Caucasus & Turkey
Western Asia & The Caucasus “Servicing Turkey, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, our northern priority lane offers streamlined transit through key strategic hubs. This ensures seamless access for researchers across the Caucasus and the Anatolian peninsula.
Conclusion: “All orders destined for these zones are processed via our Priority Dispatch Lane, bypassing standard queues to ensure your research schedule is never compromised.”
